MATERIAL OPTIONS

· A - Aluminum curb and lid

In applications where the roof hatch or smoke vent is exposed to extreme weather conditions or a durable finish is desired. (No Picture Available)

· G - Galvanized steel curb and lid

Most commonly used, providing an economical and durable roof hatch or smoke vent. (No Picture Available)

· S - Stainless steel type 304 curb and lid

In applications where certain corrosive elements may be present. (No Picture Available)

 
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

· A - Aluminum lid only

Situations where a curb can be mounted to a metal roof and the durability of an aluminum lid is required. (No Picture Available)

· I - Insulated double wall curb

A liner provided over the insulation on the curb for installation on concrete roofs or to eliminate the need for flashing. The liner will be the same material type as the curb.

· C - Curb preparation for metal roof deck

Curb can be configured to match the corrugation of metal roof system. (No Picture Available)

· S - Sloped curb to match roof slope

Curb can be sloped to match the roofline while the lid of the roof hatch or smoke vent is level for ease of use.

· M - Mortise lock prep for cylinder

The lid of the roof hatch can be prepped to receive a standard mortise cylinder for security applications. Screw down brass cover plate seals out the elements.

· Replaceable 24V DC ElectroThermal Link (ETL)

(Please specify.) Regular palm latch and ALM with an electrical connection to the fire alarm system that causes the fusible link to melt once the alarm system is set off. Available in single leaf smoke vents only.

· Pyrolatch with resettable 110V AC or 24V AC motor

(Please specify.) Pyrolatch has all standard pyrolatch characteristics with the option of electrically opening the smoke vent using a resettable motor.

· Pyrolatch with resettable 24V DC/AC or 110V DC/AC McCabe Link

(Please specify.) Pyrolatch has inside and outside manual release cables and an option to automatically open the smoke vent using the electrically operated McCabe fusible link. The McCabe link is usually connected to the fire alarm system.

· Manual Winch Operation

(Please specify.) In addition to the ability to manually open and close the smoke vent using a winch, each leaf cover is equipped with a resettable fusible link allowing smoke vent covers to automatically open at a temperature of 165 degrees F.

· 3-Button Control Operated Motor (110V AC)
