This is an economical alternative to aluminum for interior applications. The hatch is prime coated with a rust inhibitive primer for painting.

· G - Hot dip Galvanized Steel

Carbon steel with a thin zinc layer for an increased level of corrosion resistance. (No Picture Available)

· S - Stainless Steel #304

This is used in applications where certain corrosive chemicals may affect aluminum and galvanized steel.

· T - Stainless Steel #316

Provides the maximum level of corrosion resistance available. The non-skid tape provides a high traction surface.

· H - H-20 certified concentrated loading capacity

(16,000 lb. concentrated load) For infrequent off-street wheel loads and areas where extra heavy loading may occur.

· P - Padlock hasp through door

A simple hasp through the door that allows the hatch to be locked by a padlock.

· R - Recessed padlock hasp with hinged cover

Used in situations where security and traffic are important, this hasp is concealed under a lid that is flush with the hatch.

· M- Mortise cam lock preparation

A high security option that allows the hatch to receive a mortise cylinder with an extended cam.

· D - Detention lock preparation

Used where maximum security is required. The door is prepared to receive a detention deadbolt lock.

· V - PVC Protectant

A peel-off film standard on all precast hatches. It is available on all floor hatches upon request.

· W - Wood frame installation

Frames are provided with 3/8" mounting holes for anchoring. (No Picture Available)

· C - Safety chain option

Provides a preventive barrier around the hatch opening. (No Picture Available)

· I - Insulation

Provides an acoustical barrier which has an R-value of 3.8 @ 75 degrees. *Not available for H-20 floor doors. (No Picture Available)
