LATCHING/LOCKING
OPTIONS:
These latches/locks are the third character in the part code: (Example:
B-NTC1212) |
· M - Mortise cylinder
lock preparation
The mortise preparation provides a higher level of
security than the 'L' style lock. The locks can be matched
to the project hardware. Cierra's doors accept a standard 1-1/8"
mortise cylinder by most lock manufacturers (Best, Corbin, Russwin,
Schlage, etc.).
· D - Detention lock
preparation
The detention lock preparation will accommodate several
brands of heavy-duty detention deadbolt locks. The most common use
for this option is in maximum security applications.

MATERIAL OPTIONS:
These options are added to the part code after the size: (Example:

This material is an economical choice for use where
a corrosion resistant material is required.
· S - Stainless steel
type #304
With #4 satin polish finish. Stainless steel material
is typically used in areas that require the highest level of corrosion
resistance. It is also used in areas where a polished stainless
steel look is desired.
· H - Continuous piano
hinge
Occasionally, a flush piano style hinge is required
on access panels for specification compliance.
| |
· M - Masonry anchors
Masonry anchors secure the panel when installed in
masonry.
| |
| |
· Z - Concealed continuous
piano hinge
This hinge option provides added security while maintaining
an appealing appearance. This hinge is not available on fire rated
panels.
