Babcock-Davis releases downloadable Autodesk Revit® BIM families designed for immediate use by building owners, architects, contractors, and engineers.

Babcock-Davis has released twenty four downloadable BIM families on its website for access doors, roof hatches, smoke vents, and floor doors.

Kris Oppong, Babcock-Davis Product Manager, talked about the ease with which the commercial construction community can utilize these models, “each model has been constructed with a manageable file size, accurate digital 3D representations, parametrics, and embedded info/links." Oppong further stated “Babcock-Davis is committed to servicing and partnering with the AEC community in driving BIM adoption and use in complementary construction products."

Babcock has continued plans to release further BIM models in the weeks ahead.
