Babcock-Davis Acoustical smoke vents are a rooftop venting system that automatically opens - releasing heat, smoke, and noxious fumes during a fire. Each smoke vent will open automatically when a fusible link inside the vent reaches its melting temperature. Smoke vents are spring-operated to open against a 10 psf snow load. (Comes standard in red oxide, shown in custom colors ArcticWhite-exterior and TheatreBlack-interior.)
