Babcock-Davis Universal Double Door storage/warehouse vents are rooftop venting systems for factories qand industrial buildings that automatically opens, releasing heat, smoke, and noxious fumes during a fire, as required by building code section 910. The Universal Series smoke vents may also be used in stage venting applications as required by IBC section 410. Babcock-Davis Universal Series double door and quad door vents are UL 793 listed and FM4430 approved. (Comes standard in red oxide, shown in custom color SteelScape Gray.)
