Return Policy + Shipment Damage
Returns must be approved by Babcock-Davis within 30 days of the purchase date. To make a return, contact Customer Support for a return authorization number. The returned product is subject to a re-stocking fee. All products must be in saleable condition. Custom orders are non-returnable.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact Customer Support immediately at 1.800.547.2635 or submit a claim form. Babcock-Davis will follow-up with the carrier and send you any necessary replacements.

Occasionally, there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, colors and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order). The products displayed at the site are available only to customers in the United States. Orders for all other countries can be placed through Babcock-Davis' International Sales Department by calling +1.763.488.9272. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

This constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site and shall not be modified except in a writing signed by both parties.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Babcock-Davis. You may terminate this agreement at any time. Babcock-Davis also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in Babcock-Davis's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.
Upon any termination of the agreement by either you or Babcock-Davis, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
