As Director of Engineering, Jon’s focus is on product development, technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-performance, quality solutions. With more than 20 years in R&D and manufacturing, he leads the development of market-driven products and technologies. Jon enjoys solving complex problems and turning ideas into products that make a difference for Nystrom customers and teams. Jon holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Outside of work, Jon spends time with his wife and three children, often at sports events or tackling home projects.
