Nathan leads the Nystrom Information Technology team, aligning technology with business priorities to streamline operations and improve customer experience. As Senior Information Technology Director, he focuses on using technology to optimize processes, improve data accuracy and enhance the customer experience. Nathan and his team collaborate across departments to ensure orders move efficiently and customers receive fast, accurate support. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Capella University along with professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics. Outside of work, Nathan is active in community youth sports and enjoys time with his family - especially watching his three sons compete, spending time outdoors and traveling to warm-weather destinations.
