Susan is responsible for translating our business vision into human resources initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. Her mantra is “talent is everything” — and she’s an expert at spotting it, inspiring it, and helping employees grow by focusing on their unique gifts and strengths. Susan is also committed to our social, environmental, and economic initiatives, which include offering every employee two paid days per year to volunteer. She enjoys spending time in her hometown of Hayward, WI, boating, snowmobiling, and ice fishing with family.
