A new 65,000-square-foot indoor music venue is part of a 109-acre River Park development in southeast Austin. Designed to host up to 4,000 guests, the venue will accommodate concerts, conferences and community events, making it a key component of this mixed-use project.

As part of the roofing system, Babcock-Davis AcousticMAX™ smoke vents were installed to provide reliable smoke and heat ventilation supporting the acoustic requirements of the space.
